Weekly Reader - UPDATED

Anyone else remember in elementary school getting a weekly pamphlet known as the Weekly Reader? My memory is vague on this, but I think we used to get a regular copy with options to purchase books or magazines which would be delivered to school.

With a lot going on at work and a trip to North Carolina this weekend for a wedding, I have little in the way of new content.  But I’ve noticed that a growing number of my friends from college who are hopping on the bandwagon that is blogging…so I thought I’d throw out some links to give them some love - a Weekly Reader of sorts:

• Michael Eller - linked before, but Eller has really found his blogging groove and has a really great video posted today.
• Jennifer Walker - pics and stories of remodeling from Daniel and Jennifer Walker
• Kelly Moore - a food blog.  In other words, awesome.
• Kelly Travis - a little remodeling, a little life in general, a lot of fun.
• Erin Ussery - looking for a unique gift for a kid, mom or dad - this is your site.
• Refined Style - unique furniture and accessories from Anna Applegate and Kathryn Ivey
• Cat Whitehill - been a fan of Cat’s blog for a while; lots of great pics and some insights into life as a pro athlete

This hardly an exhaustive list.  But it’s a good start.  Feel free to add other friends’ blogs.

And men, I need to see some more fellas representing in the blogging community.  The ladies are taking over.
