Eat your heart out Ward Cleaver

So I’m a bachelor this week, which means I’m on my own in terms of fending for food.  A generation ago, a husband home alone may have been a recipe for disaster.  But it’s 2010 people, and instead of a recipe for disaster, I thought tonight I’d take the opportunity to try out a new recipe.

You see, I took a gander in the fridge and decided to throw a little something together.  With fresh avocado, cucumber, a chicken breast, and feta at my disposal, I decided to put together a monster wrap to end all wraps.

And yes, in the spirit of Martha Stewart (or at least friends like Kendra who are all-star food bloggers), I took pictures to document the occasion.  I would normally say this is grounds for sacrificing the Man Card.  But, then again, I tasted the creation, and it warranted documentation.

The fresh ingredients which made the meal.

The final creation, topped off with a little hot sauce, augmented by some chips and guacamole, and washed down with a homemade margarita on the rocks.
