We steered clear of Times Square at New Year’s, which was a cinch since we were still in North Carolina.  Instead we took part in a high class affair known as A Formal New Year’s Eve, hosted graciously by Robert and Cat Whitehill in Durham.  It was a fun evening, as you’ll see in the above video.
