Things Fall Apart

It’s been a rather unfortunate few months for Tracy as it relates to suffering some annoying injuries.

First it was the wipeout caused by an errant ice skater at Bryant Park, which led to a couple weeks of tailbone discomfort.

Then, last week she caught an elbow to the chin opening a cut during one of her basketball games.

It was the basketball league which struck again last night.  At some point during the first half, Tracy’s left pinky finger was the victim.  She’s not entirely sure if the injury occured in catching the ball or a swipe from a defender.  All she knew was that her finger hurt, and badly!  Somehow she was able to battle through the 2nd half (her one armed rebounds were impressive!)

What’s also impressive is the swelling and bruising which occured overnight.

We’re not sure yet if the finger is broken - we may take a trip to a doc tomorrow to find out.  For now, we’ll leave it up for a vote in the comments section: Broken or Not Broken?
